Once your reservation is booked, it then gets verified by you, the consumer via email that everything is accurate or that things need to be updated.  We then process' your confirmation and submit into our dispatching system.  From there it will get seen by thousands of auto transporters.  Once a/the transporter confirms they have the available space, they notify us via telephone and via fax.  We will then review and verify their licensing, safety record and insurance coverage before contracting with them.  Once contracted the consumer at the pick up location and destination are notified accordingly of the scheduled time frames by either the transporter or us, the broker.
